Wrestling Conditioning Circuit of he Week:
Sled push 100ft
Sled drag 100ft
Hex Bar Weight Holds - 1 minute
X 3 rounds.
No rest between rounds. Use a weight on the Hex bar holds that is between 1.25-1.5 x your Bodyweight. Stand up tall and do not allow your shoulders to slump. The sled should be a weight as heavy as possible that still allows you to move with some speed - not light and fast, but not an absolute grind either. This is a great Circuit that can be done in 6 minutes or less after a lift or after practice as a Finisher.
