Ultimate Curl Challenge
Start with an empty Olympic bar. Perform one curl then have spotters add a 10lb plate to each side. Repeat until you can't go any heavier then strip the plates one by one after each rep.
How heavy can you go?
Coach Myers made it to 165lbs (six 10s per side) and then back down the ladder.
