TD - Time Under Tension Shoulder Press
Welcome back to another episode of Technique Daily! Coach Dustin Myers is live from The Mecca of Bodybuilding, Gold's Gym in Venice, Cal. to show you a Time Under Tension Shoulder Press. This is great to do when you don't want to go super heavy but you still want to get a great pump. You are going to do a regular shoulder press starting with the dumbbells overhead. Lower them down doing a 5 count eccentric movement holding them at the bottom for another 5 count then exploding back to the top.
