Cinnamon Raisin Coffee Mug Muffins

Need a quick and easy meal to eat on the go?  I got you covered with this super easy and delicious treat using our Cinnamon Baking Mix.

Ingredients:

Cinnamon Baking Mix - 1 scoop

Water - 1-2oz

Raisins - 1oz

Chopped walnuts or pecans - 1oz

 

Method:

Combine Baking mix, raisins, and chopped nuts in a coffee mug or bowl.  Add 1-2oz of water and stir.  Microwave on high for 30 seconds.  Heat an additional 10-15 seconds depending on desired level of “doneness”.  Grab a spoon and enjoy the Mug Muffin on the go.

Substitutions:

The concept works just as well with our Chocolate Chip Baking Mix and Water.  No raisins and nuts necessary.
