Banana Butter Biscuits

Ingredients:

2 Scoops Cinnamon Baking Mix

1 Banana

1 Egg

2 Tablespoons Almond or Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup water

1 Tablespoon cocoa Powder (optional)

1 Tablespoon Grass fed butter

Process:

-Preheat skillet to medium low

-Mash Banana with fork

-Whisk in 1 egg and mix until runny

-Add Cocoa Powder and Baking Mix

-Add 1/2 cup water and mix all ingredients

-Melt butter in skillet

-Pour desired size biscuits into skillet and cook 2-3minutes per side
