Humphrey Freak Athlete Challenge
Reese Humphrey is here today to bring you the Humphrey Freak Athlete Challenge. Reese is going to show you how to do the reverse worm. Basically all you need to know how to do is a kip up. To do a kip up you will place your hands behind your head as you bring your feet up and use your momentum to push off the ground jumping up to your feet. With the reverse worm you will stick one leg out and land on your foot. The only thing you will really change from a kip up is place your hands overhead instead of beside your ears.
