Core Strength Challenge - Ab Wheel Holds:
Maintaining perfect position, pause for 1 second at the bottom of the 1st rep, 2 seconds on the 2nd rep, 3 on the 3rd, and so on until you are holding the extended position of the 10th rep for a full 10 seconds. The important thing with the ab wheel is to keep a pelvic tilt and keep those abs tight so the strain is not on the lower back. You can even arch up like a cat to help create that position.
