Arm Bar Technique Pt 3
Logan Stieber is here today to show you how to get to the arm bar with a leg in when your opponent is laying flat on their stomach. First thing you will do is break them down by bumping them forward putting your left leg in while your right hand grabs their ankle placing your left hand on their trap. Once you have them on their stomach your right hand is going to grab their wrist. Your left hand will grab the wrist as well placing your left elbow on their shoulder. From there your right leg will step up over them using lots of pressure on the should, you will lift up the wrist and straighten the arm getting the arm bar in.
