Arm Bar Technique Pt 2

Logan Stieber is here today to show you how he breaks down his opponent to get to his arm bar.  The first thing you are going to do is bump your opponent forward and throw your left leg in.  From there you are going to settle in and your right hand goes to their ankle while your left hand goes to their trap.  Lift up on the ankle and break them down to their stomach.  Once you get them broken down you will get a figure 4 leg lock and keep all your weight on them.  If when you go to reach for the arm bar and they are too strong, you will take your fingers under their arm while your arm goes forward taking your hips over very quickly.  From there you will get the arm bar while your left hand pushes the shoulder back down.  Give this Arm Bar Technique a try and let us know what you think!
