4 Way Arm Superset

You are going to take the dumbbells and lay back on a bench to perform a dumbbell rollback for 20 reps then right into elbows out for 20 reps. Stand up from the bench and go right into bicep curls for 20 reps and then finishing with hammer curls for 20 reps. If you do these 4 exercises for 5 sets of 20 reps you are going to blow your arms up and make them gainz!!
