Zercher Belt Squats

Coach Dustin Myers is coming to you live from THE Old School Gym to bring to you a great Wrestling Strength Tip.  This is the combination of two great exercises, belt squat to a box and zercher squat.  The zercher squat is one of Dustin's favorite sports specific movements for wrestling.  What you are going to do it is stand up with the bar in the creases of your elbows then sit back on the box keeping everything tight rock forward as you push your hips up and forward on the way up.  Stick with sets of 3-5 reps.  These are really going to help you get strong.  Give these Zercher Belts Squats a try and let us now what you think!
