Wrestling Strength Tip: Single Arm Ring Row Holds
Coach Dustin Myers is coming to you live from THE Old School Gym to show you a great Wrestling Strength Tip. Dustin is going to show you nice Single Arm Ring Row Hold where you will come up to the top hold for 2 seconds then transfer to the other side, hold for 2 seconds then back down. This is pretty challenging so you are going to start all the way underneath it with one hand behind your back, pull up hold for a 2 count transfer over to the other side hold for 2 count then back down. Try to keep your body as stiff as possible. Shoot to 3-5 reps on each side really squeezing at the top. Give these Single Arm Ring Row Holds a try and let us know what you think!
