Wrestling Strength Tip: Banded Pummel Curls
Coach Dustin Myers is coming to you live from THE Old School Gym. Today he is bringing to you the Wrestling Strength Tip of the Week with a great curl variation to really work on pulling and grip strength. You will use some light kettlebells around 18lbs or so and tie off a band on the kettlebell as well as a reck. The curl will be in a pummeling motion pulling it across your body and toward your face. Because of the band tension it is going to allow you to curl a little bit differently instead of curling to the shoulder you can actually curl up and across you body.
