Wrestling Conditioning Circuit: 10 Minute E.M.O.M.
Coach Dustin Myers is coming to you live from THE Old School Gym. Today he is bringing to you the Wrestling Conditioning Circuit Of The Week. This weeks circuit is a 10 Minute EMOM which stands for Every Minute On The Minute. It will consist of legless rope climbs and airdyne sprints. You will start with 1 Legless Rope Climb and once you have completed that you will go right to an AirDyne for a 10 second sprint. Whatever time you have left in the minute time span is the time you have to recover before you start your next rope climb. It took Dustin roughly 30 seconds to finish his first round so that would give him 30 seconds to rest before he starts the next rope climb.
