6 minute sprint finisher:
Rope Climb - 1
Box Jumps - 20 seconds
stance Motion - 20 seconds
x 6 rounds
4x NCAA Champion Logan Stieber shows one of his favorite 6 minute conditioning. Each station is slotted for 20 seconds (assuming you can complete the rope climb faster than that, you would have a few seconds to rest) and you must complete 6 consecutive cycles with no rest. This workout is great to use as a finisher after practice with your team.
