It takes time.  Most people think that the most ripped abs that they are seeing on the internet are going to show up overnight.  Let me put it to you this way: the first time I had “respectable” abs, I went after it for 6-8 months.  Here’s the kicker… I was already on the leaner side!!

My abs are a product of discipline over time.  Countless weighted ab reps, being consistent on my dieting and finding the most effective type of conditioning to shred up.

There are numerous people that follow my programs online that have had success, and they can tell you all about their hard work.  Some of the many factors to consider when working for that six pack include: the individual’s metabolic level, how dedicated they are to their conditioning, their starting point, how much body fat do they currently have, etc.  All of these factors, among others, will all contribute to getting the abs that you want.

Understand that the body is going to resist dipping down under 10% body fat because it’s simply not common.  That’s one of the various reasons why your mental capacity and decision making will be tested.  It’s why most people don’t get to where they want to go with their physique.  They cave and give in to what the body is telling them. 

At each level there are different internal and external factors that will attempt to hold you back, taking you off track.  It’s up to you to fight through them.  It’s just like anything else in life.  Discipline is mandatory when it comes to having abs, it’s going to take time, there’s good days and bays, and that’s just the way it is.
