Treadmill Tabata Challenge

If you are unfamiliar with tabata, it is a form of high intensity interval training known as the “4 minute fat burning workout”. The tabata protocol involves performing an exercise or sprint modality for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest (2:1 work:rest) for a total of 8 consecutive sets.
This treadmill tabatta calls for a 15% incline at 10 mph, for 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. If you cannot complete all 8 sprints, turn the speed down but always maintain the proper work to rest ratio. Good luck!
