Treadmill Challenge: The Hill Sprint Pump

The Hill Sprint Pump:

10% Incline 10mph

30 seconds on/30 seconds off

X 10 rounds.

 

The catch?  During each 30 second "rest" perform 10 wide Dips - right there on the treadmill rails.  This will allow for only about 15 seconds of actual rest between each hill interval.  Let us know if you can conquer this one!
