Welcome back to another episode of Technique Daily!  Coach Dustin Myers is going to show you great pushup variation that is very similar to a renegade row, the Push-Up Front Raise.  A renegade row is where you will take a pair of dumbbells, do a pushup then row one arm up keeping your core tight and then back down into another pushup.  The Push-Up Front Raise is similar where you will do a pushup but instead of doing a row you will do a front raise with the dumbbell.  If you thought the renegade row was hard just wait till you give this puppy a try.  You are going to have your feet wider than shoulder width to create a good base.  Don't let your feet come off the ground.  To perform this movement you will have no choice but to stay rock solid through your core.  Give the Push-Up Front Raise a try and let us know what you think!
