TD - Olympic Ring Drill
Welcome back to another episode of Technique Daily! Coach Dustin Myers is back to show you a great Olympic Ring Drill. This is going to help build shoulder strength and stability, core strength, balance, coordination, you name it this drills got it. It is going to make you a beast on the rings. What you are going to do is go up into a hold, rotate the thumbs out, lock the elbows out like the gymnasts do, keep the toes pointed forward, and abs tight. You are going to hold this position for about 10-20 seconds. When in position make sure to keep the shoulders kind of rolled forward. Holding this position is not easy and Dustin makes it look easier than it actually is. Do this drill for 3 sets of any where between 10-20 seconds and it will make you so much stronger and stable on the rings. Give this Olympic Ring Drill a try and let us know what you think!
