Single Arm Ring Rows
Coach Dustin Myers is coming to you live from THE Old School Gym to show you a great variation of a ring row. In a typical ring row you are going to be in angled position where you will pull yourself up or even supinate the hands to involve the biceps a little more. But what Dustin likes to do is go with the single arm keeping the abs nice and tight plus keep the body straight and pull from an overhand to an underhand position. This will really help you get a better squeeze on the lats. Go five reps on each side then switch. You want to keep good tension on the strap the entire time there shouldn't be any slack in it.
