Pull Up Core Challenge
Coach Dustin Myers is coming to you live from THE Old School Gym to bring to you a great Pull Up Core Challenge. It's so crazy Dustin doesn't even know what they are called but you are going to pull yourself up with your face right in front of the bar while keeping your body stiff straight as a board feet together then you will push out from the bar as far as you can then bring it back in. This a great exercise to build strength for working up to do a lever. Your hands will be about shoulder width apart. Do sets of 10 of these is the key.
