Partner Pull Ups
Dustin Myers & Logan Stieber are here to show you a great partner chin up variation that you can do to really help build eccentric strength on the way down. Most people think of doing negative chins ups for this but what Dustin and Logan are going to do is a forced negative. Dustin will start at the top of the pull up bar and hold there while Logan is going to body lock Dustin and pull him down while he resists. You want to remember when you do this with your partner that you let go at the very bottom. You don't want to pull on them with their arms extended which could injure the shoulders. Do this for sets of 3 to get stronger through the lats, biceps, and your grip. Give these Partner Pull-Ups a try and let us know what you think!
