Max Fat Loss Workout #6:

4 rounds:

20 Pull Ups

20 DB Bench

20 Push Ups

20 DB Shrugs

1/2 mile run

 

After each round of exercises go right into your run, jog the first 200m, pick up the pace the next 400m and finish by sprinting the last 200m.  Rest 1 minute then begin the next round. Go as heavy as possible on the DB Bench - even if it means breaking the 20 reps into 2 mini sets.
