At Home Work Out: Shuffle Up and Sweat

Use a deck of cards and draw 1 at a time.

Face card = 10 Push Ups and 10 Squats.

Numerical Card = that number of Diamond Pushups and Lunges (each leg).

Try doing a set number of cards, 1/2 the deck, or a full deck with a partner.
