YOU CAN DO THIS HOME or GYM!

 
Beginners:

• Pushups- on your knees (use a towel on hard surfaces) 
• Use anything light to get yourself comfortable performing this exercise such as; MAX EFFORT supplements (shameless plug) or a water bottle :) 

10 reps for 4 sets 

 
Intermediate/Advanced:

• Push-ups- full form pushups 
• Alternating Single leg knee crunch/tuck: wear socks on hard surfaces to make it easier to slide in or if carpet area just bring feet up for the crunch. 
• I’m using the Max Effort Muscle Baking Mix, you can also use detergent bottle or weighted kettlebell or dumbbell.  

15 reps for 5 sets.
