This weeks #weeklyworkoutchallenge is from Dustin Myers who is challenging YOU to a 45lb Chin-Up Hold Challenge. You are going to have an underhand grip with a 45lb plate on the pull-up belt and you have to keep your chin above the bar the entire time. This is going to challenge your bicep and back strength with everything held in an isometric position for as long as possible. Grip strength is another piece of the puzzle that you will need to out last the competition. This a brutal challenge!! See just how long you can hold on if you want to beat Dustin! Can you beat him?
