1 Mile Hill Run:
1/4 mile 10mph 0% Incline
1/4 mile 9mph 3% Incline
1/4 mile 8mph 6% Incline
1/4 mile 7mph 9% Incline
Run a continuous mile and Turn up the Incline after each 1/4 mile as the speed lowers. Advanced runners should start at 10mph 3% or 6% and increase at the same intervals.
