Travis Browne Fight Routine
Hey guys, I wanted to break down a quick fight day routine for you. I like to wake up kind of early, around 8 AM (for fight day that is pretty early). I like to start the day with a good breakfast and a quick sweat.
A quick run or hitting the pads usually does the trick. Nothing too hard, just enough to break a sweat. After the workout I like to go and get a good lunch then I take about a 2-3 hour nap to prepare myself for the fight.
Usually we are on call to get to the arena between 3 PM and 5 PM so I wait for that then head over. Once I am there, I like to relax, stretch, and make sure I am warm.
I eat a nice snack, then move into my fight warm up and wait for my name to be called to enter the cage.
