Logan Stieber is here today to show you how he breaks down his opponent to get to his arm bar and then a pretty cool tilt off the arm bar. In the ground position you are going to bump them forward and chop their arm down to break them down to their stomach. With the opponents arm out you will perform a head lever into an arm bar. Once you get the arm bar your other hand is going to come under your opponents other arm and grab the wrist. If you are having trouble turning the opponent you will pull the wrist in as you step over and straddle them. From there you will bring your chest up as you grab your elbow and start turning your opponent. Step up with your left foot fall to your side then pinch. This will put you in the position for a pin. From there you are going to settle in and your right hand goes to their ankle while your left hand goes to their trap. Lift up on the ankle and break them down to their stomach. Once you get them broken down you will get a figure 4 leg lock and keep all your weight on them. If when you go to reach for the arm bar and they are too strong, you will take your fingers under their arm while your arm goes forward taking your hips over very quickly. First thing you will do is break them down by bumping them forward putting your left leg in while your right hand grabs their ankle placing your left hand on their trap. Once you have them on their stomach your right hand is going to grab their wrist. Your left hand will grab the wrist as well placing your left elbow on their shoulder. From there your right leg will step up over them using lots of pressure on the should, you will lift up the wrist and straighten the arm getting the arm bar in.
