Vacation Workout Series: Arm Superset
Cory Gregory is here to bring to you a great Vacation Series Workout using some water jugs and Westside Barbell Mini Bands. What you are going to do is hit 50 reps bicep curls with the bands and water jugs. The gallon jugs are going to be jumping all over the place while your body is going to try to create stability which is going to give you a better pump. Once you have completed 50 reps take one of the mini bands off the jugs and attach it to a railing, pole, something stable and perform 25 reps of overhead tricep extensions. If you run through 5 sets of 50 bicep curls and 25 overhead tricep extensions you're going to be pumped up and ready for the beach.
