Cory Gregory is here today to show you a great Tricep Pushdown Triset that is going to make your arms more jacked and your bench press bigger.  Within this triset you are going to do each variation for 15 reps.  You will use a regular pushdown or pulldown bar start out with a narrow grip for 15 reps chest down and extend.  Then go to about a standard grip for 15 reps.  Finish with your hands out wide for 15 reps.  So basically your arms are going to be jacked and everyone is going to be wondering what you are doing in the gym.  Give this Triset Pushdown a try and let us know what you think!
