Tricep Rep Progression
Cory Gregory is here today to show you a great Tricep Rep Progression to add into your arsenal of exercises. The way it works is you will be using a tricep rope and go 1 rep straight down and then 1 rep pressing down and out an squeeze. Then 2 reps the same way all the way up to 6-8 reps for 5 sets. You can go 8-15 reps depending upon the weight you are using which will be a ton of volume. This is going to give you a HUGE tricep pump which is probably going to make your bench press go up because you will be able to lock those weights out.
