Tricep Finisher to Blow Your Arms Up

Need a good triceps finisher for your arm day? Check this one out.


Complete 5 reps of triceps extension (rope or straight bar). Then immediately drop down and complete 5 triceps push-ups.


Start HEAVY with triceps extensions - heavier than you normally would go. Once done with a full set (extensions and push-ups), drop the weight down a notch and repeat. Keeping dropping the weight down a notch until there is NO weight. 



            Keep those elbows locked in at your side

            Keep core activated by not letting lower back drop in push-ups

            Rope Extensions: Extend down AND out


GO KILL IT! Train hard, but train smart.
