TD - Straight Arm Lat Pulldown
Welcome back to another episode of Technique Daily! Coach Dustin Myers is back to show you the Straight Arm Lat Pulldown. The mistake a lot of people make when doing this exercise is they are moving their hips to much causing them to have a heard time of staying stable. They way you can fix that is go from a kneeling position keeping the hips back so you can get a good stretch through the abs giving you a strong base to contract you lats keeping the chest up. Make sure to keep the hip back through the entire exercise to make sure you are getting the most of out it. Give these Straight Arm Pulldowns a try and let us know what you think!
