TD - One Handed Push Up
Welcome back to another episode of Technique Daily! Coach Dustin Myers is back to teach you the secrets of the One Handed Pushup. The key is always in the your hand and elbow positioning. If you have you hand out to far and your elbow out you are never going to be able to do it. You have to keep your arm tight underneath you, your body it going to torque a little bit, and your elbow is going to come in nice and tight to your hip. Start with your hand in the middle of your body right under your chest, not outside of it. You will have a wide stance with your feet for stability and you will put your other arm behind your back.
