Welcome back to another episode of Technique Daily with today's host, Cory Gregory!  Cory is going to show you what he calls a Bicep Chin-Up.  What does this mean?  If you are warming up from a bodyweight perspective for arms you can do these.  Cory calls these Bicep Chin-Ups but they are also called Chin-Ups as most people know them by.  Grab the pull-up bar with an underhand grip and bring your leg up so that they are bent at 90 degrees.  You are going to sit back a little bit so that you can target the bicep better instead your back muscles.  This is a great way to warm up for your bicep routine and really get the pump started.  Give the Bicep Chin-Up a try and let us know what you think!
