Preacher Curl Tips
Welcome to the Arm Tip Of The Week with today's host Cory Gregory! Cory has a great tip to help you with your preacher curl form. A lot of people when they do preacher curls have their elbows out to wide on the pad. The 1st ever Mr. Olympia winner Larry Scott, Arnold would always say that Larry built his arms on this funny little bench. He also ways had his elbows tucked on the pad, lower the bar down about 3/4 of the way and back up squeezing the biceps at the top. This is going to create that softball in the arm that you want.
