Single leg hamstring curl -15 reps each leg

Superset-20 DB walking lunges each le

Superset-20 Bodyweight walking skip lunge

Repeat for 4 sets 

 

Straight leg lifts for 15 

Superset with leg ticks for 10 

Repeat for 4 sets 

 

Single leg body weight high step ups for 15 each leg 

Superset with Alternating DB backward lunges 10 each side 

AND ball pike for the core for 15 reps
