Wrestling Strength Tip: Rope Pull Ups
Coach Dustin Myers is coming to you live from THE Old School Gym to bring to you the Wrestling Strength Tip Of The Week. This exercise is going to be a variation of a rope climb which is basically going to be a pull up on a rope. You are going to need two separate ropes but if you do not have two ropes you can use towels and hang them from two different parts of the rack. What you are going to do is pull up and to the side so your nose is going to your hand. You are going to want to shoot for 5 reps on each side trying not to kip keeping your legs nice and straight.
