Coach Dustin Myers is live to show you a great Wrestling Conditioning Circuit.  Dustin loves to utilize ropes, sled drags, tug of war and things like that. Today he is going to show you a great rope pull variation using a light loaded sled that is really going to strengthen your core.  You are going to start out in a plank position and you will have a rope attached to a sled.  Reach as far as you can out and grab the rope pulling it into you.  Keep you core tight and try to prevent your body from twisting.  Once you get the sled pulled into you will do a sled push back the starting position.  Give this Plank Tug of War a try and let us know what you think!

3 Sets 

50ft each way MAX EFFORT

2 Minutes rest between sets
