2x Olympian Tervel Dlagnev, shown here grinding it out with Coach Myers. If you truly give MAX EFFORT, nothing will humble you quicker than sprints on the airdyne. This short but brutal workout is perfect to do with a partner, with one person starting at the top of each minute and the other person starting at the :30 mark each time allowing for a :10 transition time.
