Wrestling Airdyne Killer
Winter is coming. It’s time to go to deep water and see if you can swim.
As Many Rounds As Possible in 6 minutes:
15 second Airdyne Sprint
150ft Med Ball Body Lock carry
Ideally you want to use a med ball that is roughly 50% of your bodyweight. If you don’t have access to one that heavy, you can substitute for heavy Farmers Walks or front rack KB carries for the same distance. A rower or an incline treadmill sprint can be substituted for the Airdyne as long as you give MAX EFFORT. If you can complete 5-6 rounds in 6 minutes you are an absolute savage.
