Ultra Wide Pull Up Superset
Cory Gregory is here today to show you a great pull-up variation that you need to try. It is an ultra wide Arnold grip pull-up superseted with close chin-ups. You are going to do 15 reps per set. For the ultra wide you are going to place you hands all the way out to the poles pulling up and getting a good stretch at the bottom for 10 reps. Then drop down and go right back to the chin-up for 5 reps. This is going to give you a crazy pump because you widened out those wings and you're pulled in close for that mid back. If you start your workout doing 5 sets of 15 reps then go into your rows it gives you a crazy pump and it will make your back look nasty.
