Ultimate Protein Brownie

If you’re anything like me, you can almost count on your sweet tooth coming alive every night right before bed.  You’re tempted to head to the kitchen and search for that savory treat, but fear not!!  I’m sharing a delicious recipe that will curb your sweet tooth, plus give you almost 30g of protein in one bowl. 


Behold, the ULTIMATE Protein Brownie.  The recipe goes as follows:


1 scoop Women’s Chocolate Chip Baking Mix

1 scoop Women’s Dark Chocolate Protein



Add one scoop of baking mix and one scoop of protein into a large bowl.  Gradually add water and stir until it reaches a smooth, brownie batter consistency.  Place bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds.  Remove from microwave, and stir mixture.  Place the mixture back in the microwave for an additional 20 seconds.  Remove and enjoy!
