Treadmill Sprint Intervals:

12mph   15% Incline

5 seconds on/15 seconds off

X 10 rounds or until failure. 


The 1:3 work to rest ratio should allow you to recover sufficiently if you are in good shape. The sprints are only for 5 seconds, but the fact that you must complete 3 of them every minute is why makes it so difficult.  Over 10 minutes this is the same amount of total work as 15 on/45 off (one of my past workouts), but this one starts off much easier (shorter duration of individual sprint) but by the end of the workout is much more difficult due to amount of times you must start and stop per minute.
