Coach Dustin Myers is coming to you live from THE Old School Gym to show you a great tricep circuit. In case you didn't know Dustin has gigantic triceps and he is going to share with you his secret. It is heavy weights and high volume supersets. This is how he came up with the Titanic Tricep Circuit Of Swollness. You will start with 5 reps on overhead tricep extensions with a dumbbell. From there you will do 10 reps on dumbbell skull crushers then right into 20 straight bar push downs. As you will see the reps are doubling each time going from 5, 10, 20. 10 DB Skulls.
