The Vanilla Ice Cream Frosty
I used a very simple recipe during the final four weeks of my bodybuilding prep that was essential in helping me kick cravings! I believe that this tastes just like a vanilla frosty from Wendy’s!
Here is the recipe:
1 scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream Protein
8 ounces of Almond Breeze Creamy Almond Cashew Milk
6-8 ice cubes
Once you mix this in a blender, blend for 20-30 seconds or until it is smooth.
Chop up a Max Crispy Treat and mix it in for a great night time snack as well!
