Don't forget to practice what was made popular by the 1970's golden era bodybuilders "The Vacuum Pose". When you strengthen the transverse abdominis it helps keep your stomach so much tighter. I usually practice these much more around contest time. Normally I would do 5 sets of 30 seconds holds with 30 seconds of ab flexes in between. These are some small things that I've done for years that pay off big on stage.
