The Strawberry Lemonade Energy Smoothie

I have been mixing another great smoothie together around mid-day while I am at work to help with recovery as well as the common mid-day dip in energy.

Check it out!

- 1 scoop of Lemonade Post Workout

- 1 scoop of Strawberry Energy

Mix these together in about 12 ounces of water and shake until consistent. Enjoy!
